Why do LCD screens develop color differences after being used for a while?
Whether it's an LCD or DLP splicing, devices will experience color attenuation over time, which is known as color difference. This is related to the light source of the device itself. However, the difference lies in that the attenuation of LCDs is irreversible, and we have limited means to adjust colors for LCD devices, but their attenuation does not occur frequently; most of the color differences in DLP are due to the long-term use of bulbs, which can be adjusted by replacing the bulbs.

Why are the corners of LCD screens rounded, and why not made into right angles? Wouldn't that make the seam smaller?
After extensive experimentation, we have found that when an LCD screen is turned on and used continuously, it will heat up over time. If the amount of heat generated is too high and the temperature becomes too high, the corners of the LCD screen will expand. If right angles are used, the cross seam will be compressed, which may cause damage to the LCD panel.

How should LCD screens be maintained to prevent dust or fingerprints from accumulating over the long term?
Firstly, large screens should not be exposed to direct sunlight for extended periods and should be kept away from humid, high-temperature, and dusty areas; secondly, when cleaning, do not use any alkaline or chemical solutions to wipe the screen surface at will; the best medium to use is soft, non-fibrous material, such as lint-free cotton, lens paper, or soft cloth, and then gently wipe it with a small amount of glass cleaner. Chemical solutions like alcohol are prohibited, and finally, try to minimize the movement of the screen.

How can we avoid the aging of splicing screens?
