On January 22, 2019, the AImenpad Technology Group's 2019 New Year's Eve party was held at the Shenzhen Seaside Jiatu Hotel. Over 200 employees from various branches of the group company, as well as representatives from their customers and suppliers, attended this grand event.

The entire evening event entered its main theme with the speech by Mr. Liu Dan, the chairman of the group. Chairman Liu Dan spoke about the development process, product architecture, and future layout of AImenpad Group over the past three years. He used data and examples to verify his previous speculations. He also shared his life insights from 2018, a year that passed in the blink of an eye, which resonated with the attendees.

In his speech at this dinner party, Chairman Liu summarized 2018 with fourteen words and looked forward to 2019 - "Work together to achieve outstanding results and write a new chapter of leapfrog development." The pursuit of the Dreampai people was summarized with four words: diligence, integrity, excellence and innovation.

How to achieve leapfrog development? President Liu provided a detailed explanation of the AImenpad's development model for 2019. Adhering to the principles of putting users first, partners second, shareholders third, and oneself fourth, Dream Team 2019 will continue to adopt the "labor fee model," earning only technical labor fees, without taking any additional fees. This allows partners to be "willing to pay" and for projects, a "split quotation" method is used.

In response, President Liu proposed the standard for AImenpad: For selling products, AImenpad charges a 10% service fee; for integrated projects, it charges a 20% service fee; for subcontracted projects, it charges a 30% service fee; and for general contracting projects, it charges a 40% service fee. "The more you work, the more you earn." In 2019, AImenpad aims for a gross profit margin of 25%, which breaks down into: 60% for integrated projects + 20% for general contracting projects + 20% for products. To achieve a product margin rate of 10%, AImenpad will ensure compliance by improving quality, elevating technology, and enhancing services.

Excellence is the eternal pursuit of Aimenpad people. On August 23, 2018, Aimenpad launched the H6 series conference machine, achieving zero returns on hardware sales in four months. This reached three "world firsts": zero returns - quality first; 0.5mm writing precision - precision first; and a continuous writing response speed of 3 milliseconds - response speed first. This fully reflects the never-ending pursuit of excellence by Aimenpad people.

Innovate the Future, Cross the Development to Write a New Chapter

Innovation is the fundamental driving force behind the development of AImenpad. With the global economic development and the enhancement of consumer purchasing power, only by continuously innovating product design can we meet consumer needs and lead in the innovative market, enabling AImenpad to develop rapidly. In 2019, AImenpad will also establish a specialized company dedicated to exhibition design. "Innovation is not just about the innovation of exhibition halls; every aspect must be innovative, solving customer needs and problems that others cannot solve, such as whether the infrared touch frame can be light, thin, and flat; whether the capacitive touch active pen's user experience can be better. In 2019, we hope AImenpad can make better progress in the interactive screen writing experience, bringing users better products," said President Liu. Three years of development have seen four product companies and production bases; ten branch offices; more than a dozen local agents; over 300 partners, all of which have witnessed the efforts of AImenpad in 20158 and will work together in the new year to provide better services.
