To implement the specific deployment of the Provincial Party Committee's "1310" plan and the decision-making arrangements of the Provincial and Municipal Committees regarding the "The Hundred-Thunsand-Million Projects," and to fully demonstrate the capabilities of the High-tech Zone and take practical actions to promote the implementation and effectiveness of the "The Hundred-Thunsand-Million Projects," a symposium on the "The Hundred-Thunsand-Million Projects" and a work conference for the High-tech Zone's top 100 enterprises to assist in the "The Hundred-Thunsand-Million Projects" were held at the High-tech Zone on the morning of March 21st. The meeting was chaired by Zhou Qixian, Deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee and Director of the Management Committee of High-tech Zone. Zhou Qixian pointed out that implementing the "The Hundred-Thunsand-Million Projects" is a major measure by the provincial party committee to implement the important speech and instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping during his inspection of Guangdong and to implement the central government's decision-making arrangements for promoting coordinated regional development. It is also the fundamental way out for us to comprehensively promote county-level economic development, new urbanization, rural revitalization, and solve the problem of unbalanced urban-rural regional development. The High-tech Zone, based on the "main battlefield" of industrial development and scientific and technological innovation in the city and as a "large platform" for orderly undertaking the transfer of industries from the Pearl River Delta, has already received nearly 450 enterprises transferred from the Pearl River Delta. Liang Ruoming stated that this symposium has established a good communication platform. At the meeting, Hu Chunlong detailed the relevant work of the High-tech Zone in promoting "The Hundred-Thunsand-Million Projects."
